📄 Terms and Conditions – Build Web Free

These Terms govern your use of services provided by Build Web Free, a company offering free website design in exchange for a paid hosting and maintenance subscription.

1. Service Description

• We offer to design and build websites at no upfront cost.

• Clients are required to purchase a  “monthly” or “annually” or “lifetime” hosting and maintenance package to activate and keep the site live.

2. Payment Terms

• Hosting and maintenance fees are billed “monthly” or “annually” or  “lifetime” in advance.

• Non-payment may result in suspension or removal of your website.

• All fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.

3. Ownership and Access

• While you own your website content (text, images, etc.), the website design and infrastructure remain the property of Build Web Free until a buyout agreement is made.

• If you cancel service, you may request a copy of your content, but the live site may be deactivated.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use your website for illegal, harmful, or offensive content, including:

• Hate speech, pornography, scams, or malware

• Copyright-infringing material

Build Web Free reserves the right to suspend or remove websites that violate this policy.

5. Support and Maintenance

Support includes basic site updates, performance monitoring, and uptime assurance. Major design changes may require an additional fee.

6. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any loss of business, data, or revenue resulting from service outages or errors, except where required by law.

7. Termination

You may cancel anytime with 7 days’ notice. We reserve the right to terminate service for breach of terms or non-payment.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms with notice via email or website. Continued use of our services means you agree to the new terms.
